Del Sol Community Center

Eastgate was a California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC) affordable housing project. This development offered one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, as well as, studio live/work lofts for the community. This was an urban infill project and was part of the city of San Marcos’ new downtown efforts.
